Real Life: Dances - Set 2

Explanation:

Dances are hosted for many special events.  For the people planning the dance, calculating the cost of arranging the music must be planned in advance.  A DJ charges a set-up fee and may charge for an assistant and/or for decorations as well as a fee for each hour of providing music.  The total cost must be calculated.

Example(s):

"Music and Memories" charges $80 for a set-up fee, $75 for an assistant and $50 per hour for providing the music.  Find the total cost for a 3 hour dance.    80 + 75 + 3 * 50 = 155 + 150 = $305

"Oldies" charges $225 for a set-up fee, $350 for decorations and $45 per hour for providing the music.  Find the total cost for a 4 hour dance.   225 + 350 + 4 * 45 = 575 + 180 = $755

Directions:

Pretend you are arranging a dance.  You will be given the fee(s) and cost per hour and need to calculate the total cost.  First strive to have high accuracy and then strive to increase your speed.  Good luck and I hope you enjoy the challenge!
